If you are looking for a tool to that allows you to create charts with little or no skill- check out ChartTool.  Click on the chart of your choice and fill in the blanks! Links and embeding codes are provided for you to email to a friend or embed into your wiki or blog. (see example below)  ChartTool is in the BETA stage, which means it is in the development stage.

Nota- Glogster Alternative - Glogster is a great web 2.0 website, but depending on the time of day and the speed of your internet connection it doesn't always work when it is time for students to share. Check out Nota- it doesn't have all the pretty backgrouds- but it does the same thing. You can add videos, documents, website links and more.
